Section A:            Muslim Scouts of Michigan was established in United States of America in 2001 with the intent of becoming a non-profit organization, by the following brothers:       

1.         Khalil Baydoun

2.         Wissam Charafeddine

3.         Rustom Rizk

4.         Walid Marmar

5.         Ali Ibrahim Haidar

6.         Amer Haidar

7.         Yasser Haidar

8.         Hassan Harp                                                                             [1]

 

Section B: The MSM is a scouting organization that teaches scouting principles and skills with an Islamic environment and theme.  The first and foremost goal of the MSM is to help the next generation become better citizens and leaders in their communities.

 

Section C: MSM is an independent organization and is not affiliated with any entity except those which are approved and named by the MSM Executive Board.


Article IX: (Duties of Committees and Officers Defined )
Section A: The Board of Trustees
 
1.         Meets on an invitation of one of the members on necessary matters.

2.         Approval of EB members.

3.         Overlook the constitutionality of the EB projects and work.

4.         Impeachment of any MSM member.

5.         Dismantle of the Muslim Scouts of Michigan.

6.         Amendments to constitution shall be voted by ¾ of quorum of 5 members.

7.         Assigning of Guidance Committee.

8.         Assign the Chairman to the EB whose term is one year.
